Payment transactions on the Site are processed through approved UPI-enabled methods including PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any payment instrument you use belongs to you and is authorised for use in India.
Account responsibilities
If you register an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use. 82 Lottery reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms or if required to do so by applicable law.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of 82 Lottery or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international intellectual property laws. The "82 Lottery" name, logo, and all related product names and slogans are proprietary marks of 82 Lottery. You may not use these marks without prior written authorisation.
Limited licence
82 Lottery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to download, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit any Site content. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of 82 Lottery materials, including lottery result data, draw schedules, or promotional graphics, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Indian law.
User-submitted content
If you submit feedback, reviews, or any other content to the Site, you grant 82 Lottery a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for any lawful purpose. Cap on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 82 Lottery, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under law, 82 Lottery's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to 82 Lottery in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
